We all know that there is an advantage and a disadvantage, a positive side and a negative side to everything that is being, encountered in life.
Individuals need to tap into the positive side and stop venturing into the negative, as a factor, to use, abuse, control, and falsely dictate to others in a way for self agendas to grow.

When some think of gathering individuals for labor work, they always see the "Labour" factor and they automatically think that the workers are their slaves of trade.
Why? Why can't a job just be a job without the hindrance of prejudice mythology attached to its hide?
Why does the discrimination, always have to be the "Factor" that channels an exhibit, about man, his color, his needs, his work, his background?
Why can't employers of laboring farm programs see a man or woman working for them, just as a man or woman looking for work to help themselves elevate, and be a recommended source to see them through?
Why does everything have to be about controlling and self agenda, that propels from self puffed-up wicked ways?
No man is above the other and no man is superior to the other, yes some may have higher financial stability but, money does not have a heartbeat it just has limited leverage.
And for some that think that they are riding high on a financial flag pole, I just want them to know that it can easily break.
The higher some climb the harder to fall, more to lose, and nothing to gain, but a showup of a bad personality.
Pride does set up a lot of individuals, for a downfall.
